How long does it take TRQ to incur the cost overrun of $2 billions? Over a $6.6 billion project, that is 30%.

The Mongolians show that they are pennywise. When you owns 34% of the project, you want to know if the cost overrun is a one-time thing; how to improve effeciency over the long run that will implicate profit.

I still sense the sentiment that they are giving away a jewel to foreigners. Instead of pointing figures, they should ask "Can they do it themselves along?"
