The current downturn does matter, because in the short term the price of DM follows commodity prices more often than not. If you are bearish on commodity prices in the short term you will wait to buy cheaper shares of DM when commodity prices fall. Buying a bulk of DM shares at $1.2 vs $1.8 is pertinent. Price matters a lot and short term troubles are exactly what you need to identify. I think DM holds value and I have shares, but I think it will likely drop and be more value in the short term. GL
