Tigris was always meant to be taken over, not developed.

Think back to why mgmt is doing this RTO with Wolfpack. It's because URI is delaying development in NM.

No buyers = impaired asset.

Well, something must have happened since the RTO announcement with Wolfpack, when Bill tipped his hand and put a price on Tigris' assets. The RTO with Wolfpack seems like a no go meaning ... what? Meaning there might be a potential buyer outside of Uranium Resources ... but who?
