RE: I know a few small investors Yea , It was always a wonder why Bates and his circus never ever did any insider buying (they blamed black out period if i remember correctly LOL) , Personally the only way i will average down on this stock is when i read news that Bates and co. have been fired and replaced (thank god I do not have a very large position in this and decided to do some real DD a year ago in 2$ range) , As Bond has already said , the money from rights is being used to pay off debt only , unreal. Oh well lesson learned in this
