It operates natural gas reserves in the Barnett Shale, Texas, and is exploring and developing four mineral projects in two mining jurisdictions, Nevada, United States of America and Saskatchewan, Canada. The Company's projects include the Cook Gold Project and Craig Lake Project. In the Cook Gold Project, the Company owns a 70% working interest in 88 lode claims, covering 7.4 square kilometers (sq km), located 100 kilometers (km) northwest of Winnemucca, in Humboldt County, Nevada. The property provides gold and copper mineralization. The Company owns a 100% working interest, subject to a 3% net smelter returns royalty, in one mineral disposition covering 2,764 hectares near Craig Lake, Saskatchewan near Flin Flon, Manitoba.

CEO aquires 369,000 shares

Todd Montgomery, CEO of CPC, aquired 369,000 shares of CPC on 17 Apr 2013. This was the first time he aquired more stock since 17 Oct 2012. I wonder why? Good thing I started buying more shares.
