to repeat - BUYERS MARKET for assets now, so this is not a good time to try raise cash by selling assets.

 

The only way out of this mess is 1) Find someone, anyone with deep pockets, who wants the assets very badly and is willing yo buy the company, warts/debt and all 2) much higher oil prices to raise the income and inflate away the debt 3) start paying down debt by any and all available current means.

To suggest they continue to pay you/me/us 18% while the company approaches top of line of credit, is ...  to be polite - very poor money management - to be less polite - stupid as heII !
