I'm banking on Q2 being in the black... 

1) 10M financing.

2) Enersus 37M LOI

3) Intersolar finalist for innovation.

These three things alone should move us into the black. I'm sure there are other things going on too which we will find out in due course.

IF/When we have financials in the black... this will be another thing setting QSolar apart from other solar companies!!!
