If you haven't noticed, this is rather strange board which seems to spend most of it's time belittling its members. Funny, when you think how much more productive it would be if each member was treated with respect???

If you’ve ever been in the presence of Dr. Mello, he’s not the kind of guy to “go quietly in the night.” He is an amazing, dynamic personality that would be a great CEO for any company, much less one where he has top-tier professional standing.

IF HRT-11 or Wingat or the successor drillings prove out, then everyone will hail him as a genius, otherwise they (the dumba-- hedge fund guys) will shove him under the bus.

His resignation, IMHO, is more about politics and much less about oil.
