No need to sell your old shares now It's too late to sell your old shares now at this price. hold on to them till the Record Day because if you sell them now, you won't get the Warrants and your best bet is the Warrants to recoup some of your losses. But if you sell before the Record Day, you won't have any shares to entitle you to the Warrants. The Warrants will entitle you to exchange them with Warrant shares at the strike price of .0615cent each and resell them at a higher price if the stock goes higher, say 20cents so you can make some money and recoup some of your losses. But again it's not clear what the exercise price will be since in the prospectus they say that the Warrants can be exercised at 0.615 cents or higher. That does not tell me much. The strike price has to be specific not either or. Maybe they have not set the strike price yet, but we'll see.
