My goal would be to get out of HRT at $10 and I think the solimoes is the key..last i read petrobras has produced 300 million barrels in the solimoes while since kudu namibia has had 20 dusters in a row...an oil well in the solimoes can be put into production in months and can be done by HRT/Rosneft, while an oil well in nam will take 3 years and a lot of farmouts to finance it
