One interesting note about the departures is that unlike most departing executives, their status on the BOD entities them to keep their options. Therefore, while they leave as employees, they have not forfeited their options. Frankly, if they thought they were looking at dust, I strongly suspect they would want to decuple ASAP instead of continuing to sit around the company campfire with the other board members. The intrigue makes you wonder.
Once again, BK emphasizes that this is high risk and high reward.
