Victoria Gold Corp VITFF

Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

Let's be clear about one thing, at this point there has been no discussion by the company of a rollback and according the the company's last press release. An equity financing at this point is off the table. Which as a shareholder I certainly feel is the right decision.

"In light of the prevailing equity market conditions, Victoria's board of directors and management have determined that an equity raise to support major on-site construction activity in 2013 is not in the best interest of shareholders."

I give management full credit for that, that they seem to have at least the best interests of shareholders at heart. What I am at suggesting that if at some time in the future an equity raise of some sort were to used to finance the company. In my opinion in order to be non-dilutive the possibility of a rollback might have to considered or done at a substantially higher share price.

At this point there has been no talk by the company that I am aware of either of these events happening. So I would say to everyone lets not start any false rumours here on what is really nothing more than idle speculation.
