I meant it's not in shareholders hands chrisale. Sorry I didn't distinguish to two.

Of course there will be a public comments period, but that will only take into considerations the work done in the application, IMO.

I'm not sure if the EAO will take anything that is not into consideration as there has been more than ample time to bring up new, relevant issues in the past years. Correct me if I'm wrong.
