It is definitely a long shot, but Sean doesn't want anyone to know what he has done with the money this company had, there's only two ways to do that, either bankrupt the company or stay on as CEO. He's eventually going to do the first one because no one in their right mind would give him any money, and if he's asking for a 700K golden parachute no company is going to do that either. He also put a clause in the WCOG deal that he could not be prosecuted if they found any wrong doing, why does someone put that in unless they're doing something they shouldn't be. I suggest everyone at least have a convesation with Jim about what he is proposing.
