I have the feeling the problem is the 10:1 cosolidation. The consolidation was approved 16 September, 2009 and completed 27 April, 2012. Those who bought on the American OTC between these two dates could not be sure if they were buying consolidated or unconsolidated shares.

 

I read in the buyout information booklet that the buyout offer will end on May 31 unless extended by both parties. I know who the buying party is, but who represents the party being bought? Could it be the MFC appointed Chinese yes men on the board?
