The good value stocks rebound in the short tern ie: 5 to 12 months. The bad ones languish for years. That's why I said that I feel rpl would half ie: .60 cents for only the short term ie 6 months. Hence this stock is 50 perceny overvalued at this time on broad news and a fed related printing spree. The bagholders continue to buy.>
