Thanks for sharing funkshow33.  The selloff was way overdone and it looks like TA is signalling a change of direction for the SP.  Overall fundamentals here are compelling and I strongly believe we will see much stronger performance for the rest of the year based on one time issue in Q4/ Q1 not repeating.  The big question is how much cash generated by operations will be used to pay down the debt.
