The market reacts to definitive news. Even though the CEO is doing a good job of being transparent, this will not move the SP. Simba signed a MOU with a relatively unknown company. When the JV deal is finalized and stamped by the government I doubt it will stay below .10. Reagrdless, once TPN, SMB and VEL get a drill in the ground its game on. By then AOI could very well be swimming in Black Gold. JMHO of course.
