Valuation
Valuation The valuation is closer to $1.50/$1.70 & the Board should not bow to the pressure & sell for anything less..They have a duty to protect all shareholders.. Because BAM already controls about 2/3 of the stock , it is inconceivable that another bid is forthcoming..This fact , does not give them the right to under value the assests with a $1.35 low ball bid..The board of directors must fully understand their fiduciary duty to obtain the maximum price or vote against the current cheap bid.
