RE: BNC's effort for Urocidin partnership Doc, that is not how business works. Most companies are in a current state of change and turnover.
if Urocidin has the efficacy and safety profile that we have been lead to believe it does, and there are truly 30 interested partners as we have been lead to believe there are, then a deal will get done, despite the "distractions". Several of those 30 will want to partner regardless of who is control. Besides, and this shouldn't be forgotten, the GW group and their board aren't exactly rookies to the world of biotech. Have you read the profile of each one? Do they look like a group that would be overwhelmed where only current management can succeed?
If a Urocidin deal is not consummated , you have just discovered the obvious excuse for biotech's most prolific excuse makers. If that is the case, you may see everyon's favourite banker calling the shots with Urocidin.
