In order to get at all the gold on the RR property they will need to buyout BYV, if they do not then they will not be able to get at all the gold the property holds. If they buyout BYV,  they will be able to access all of their gold , and will also get BYV gold as well with one purchase.  If you spend some time checking into this you will see what I mean.
