Telemarker. You are correct that Dundee's 3.5+ million share WOF purchase does not appear in the Stockwatch trading history you provided. As I understand the rules, insiders can effectuate non market (SEDI) trades. Dundee's April 22- 3,528,000 shares @.28 trade appear at the following link (and at inkresearch) as a documented SEDI transaction filed on 4/26/13, albeit reported as a trade in the open market (which presumably should show up on stockwatch. This evidence is enough for me of Dundee's purchase, but the reporting doesn't make a lot of sense.
