RE: RE: RE: divi guess

Great post Pistol,

I was just thinking the same myself.  The problem is that Mart hasn't moved onto a secondary exchange yet.  I was an investor in African Oil Corp when it was still trading at $1/share (unfortunatly sold at $2) and I think one of the main reasons for it's strong run up (other than finding huge oil of couse) was that they moved onto a second exchange. I believe it was a swedish exchange but I could be wrong. The idea is simple, the stock is avaliable to be purchased by a wider market of retail and institutional investors thus increasing the demand and price of the shares.

That being said I've listend to the last two conferene call replays but work during the day so can't ask the question myself.  Next call would someone on this board ask management what their plans are for moving to a second exchange or upgrade to the TSX from the venture exchange? There are stricter reporting requirements from a quarterly and annual financial report release standpoint on the TSX than there is on the venture exchange. This is because TSX listed companies must report quarterly reports 45 days after quarter-end (90 for annual).  That being said Q1 was reported 53 days after Q1-end as it was released May 23 so they are already quite close from that standpoint not to mentionthe company already reports in IFRS so no issue there. Looks promissing.

Should be interesting guys!

Go Longs!
