Update? May has passed so I would think they owe us an upate as to what is going on with the financing. I'd hate to think that they are falling into the old bad habits of missing timelines and not providing the information to shareholders. I think most are a reasonable patient bunch and don't fuss over missed deadlines, IF there is good communication and reasonable explanations. If people are selling and the price is dropping because of this lack of communication, then this action is costing us all tons of money because more dilution will take place for the same amount of money.
