They would get a HUGE 51% of the Utah property after they paid all costs to bring iot into production. There are millions and millions to be made and Energi decides to sue AOX. Even if Enirgi was to put up 200 million to get the mine started they were in a position to make a ton of cash. Come on Mr. G.B. get the right people in place, people who KNOW how to mine and create wealth for AOX and AOX's shareholders.
