There was never any mystery around whether they filed or not.  The mystery centers around how they could have purchased these shares on the open market at 28 cents.  This is impossible.

 

And has anybody noticed?  Colonial First State and Global Resource Fund -- two of WOF's largest shareholders -- waited until mid January, 2013 to declare what is essentially a whole year's worth of 2012 insider transactions.  Even these institutions make a complete mockery of insider trading rules.  What a joke!
