RE: bigsandy

RE: bigsandyWith all due respect blonde bond - it is a 20 percent yield. I mean please, surely this aint your first rodeo. Rpl is in debt up to thier eyeballs, payout ratio is nuts, they cannot sustain nor afford this model, unequivically. Selling assets to maintain an unsustainable business model is suicide, but they will be forced to do that too, even with the elimination of the dividend. You look at any monthly dividend payer who slashes its dividend and sp direction ALWAYS turns negative. There will be an elimination of the dividend, there will be assett sales, there will be a 40-60 percent gap down in sp. I'm sorry to be the messenger, but dont allow the freshmans pumping to cloud your wise judgment, or mathmatics. Look what je & chorus did and continue to do. This aint rocket science folks. If I could short this pos I would, its that certain. But I can't now Sooo we wait. Dear managment and board, please rip the bandaid so the sellers can sell, the buyers can buy, the insiders can buy and the long term investors can stop stabbing thier own eyeballs with thier pencils. Enuf already - do what has to and will be done already, or get out of the way and let someone competent do the job. Glta>
