RE: RE: RE: Financial Statements For every dollar this company increases sales by, they increase their marketing costs by $1. I buy a pair of glasses once every four years, and that is with a generous benefits package that gives me the option of buying glasses every two years at $500 coverage. Coastal charges pretty cheap for a pair of glasses but even so I don't need 8 pairs laying around. They have opened a brick and mortar store here in Vancouver on Robson street that seems to be pretty busy. There are plans to open up one in most major Canadian cities. They need to bring down these marketing costs; stop giving away so many free glasses! They should do BOGO or rebates. At least with rebates there are many lazy people that won't even bother. There is a slowdown of orders though, hours have been cut in their call centre and warehouse in Vancouver.
