Why haven't they started trenching and laying pipe?? That is all that matters imo.
Is this pipeline going to be like the Calavalley pipeline in Yemen that was announced 5 years ago and delayed 90 days every 3 months for each of the last 5 years?
It was supposed to be operational 6/30 and then 9/30 and soon 12/30/13 and then 6/30/2014 etc. etc.
If this BS continues you had better hope that MMT doesn't have any bank debt when the Agip pipeline goes down again or else its BK time.! Still so hungry to that nickel???? Get it?
