Even if AGIP was down for the rest of 2013 there is no chance of BK. It's only a matter of time before Mart gets the pipeline built and in 2014 we will double our record production numbers that we have had this far.IMO

As Wade had mentioned the credit line can be increased to much higher amount if the right field comes and Mart decides to take a shot.
