In the state they are right now, it would be useless to list in any exchange because even if they wanted to recapitalize though the Exchanges by issuing stock, they could not. So, there is no point of paying fees to any Exchange if you can't use their services. So there is a logic to the delisting. But now they have to find alternative sources of financing if they are to keep the shop open. And the options could be several: selling assets, private placements, off takes, joint ventures, or outright sale of the company. The key to all this is what will be happening to the met coal market. And the market is bottoming out from what we hear from the majors that are cutting back met coal production. Cutting back production to reduce the oversupply in the market is a sign the market is bottoming out. The question is when the market will rebound and if Cline can still be around till then.
