I do not see 15million dollars of value -no matter how hard i look -to imagine that New gold is going to buy out byv so it can get on with it's business is totally absurd -  at 20c a share byv is overpriced by 19cents a share !!!! dump your shares because it is about 99% that petit is dumping all of his -dump it and forget about it -Who are all those private trades selling anyway you idiots -look at the trading it tells you everything ! We need intelligent criticism not what we are seeing - there isn't enough gold in byv's property  to warrant a takeover - the only good for this property is animal pasture - congratulate Petit on a good promotion -now get out -take your loss -this is not the one !
