Unbelieveable is correct.  Couldn't retain the people of the companies that they bought to ensure growth/contacts/experience, etc.  Usually acquisitions of this type have clauses to ensure that this doesn't happen, don't they. I wonder how much of this influenced Don Caron to leave.  I believe he was the driving force behind many of the acquisitions that were made.  Getting to sound like the Keystone Cops trying to run a company.  I hope not for the sake of the many shareholders, I don't give a rip about the insiders because the responsibility falls squarely in their laps.
