Surprise may be on the upside.

Surprise may be on the upside.Having been over the Q1 financial information a number of times I can only conclude the announcement when it cones depends mainly on the SPEED which management want to get the debt down to an acceptable level. They HAVE the ability to pay the debt down wit cash flow + whatever they decide to shave off the dividend.I still believe a 50% cut is the most likely - a 70% chance is my best guess BUT I feel there is a 30% chance they will go for sonething less - maybe just a 25% cut. This could be the surprise on the UP side.GLA>
