The Mayor announced this morning(!) that power wouldn't be restored to the downtown until mid week. The call depended on how fast the flood waters would recede after the Bow crested last night (!). Water s slowly receding and transformers need to dry out in order to restore power safely. Note the timing of this information, so  (zeus55) when was it obvious that the agm needed to be rescheduled?
