RE:EV per barrel of just $64500Based on the metrics rpl is way oversold. However, with thelack of news there is little incentive to add, or start a position - and in a sector that is in bear market anyway. The last couple of days slide reflects end of Q realignments with the last of the sellers, selling and few buyers - ergo the sp slipage. Next month could see a very different picture, especially if news of the review finally comes out and the market finds it credible in terms of debt paydown.
Personally I' ve been out of the stock since just under 2 bucks but would buy back in on the right sort of news announcement. GLA
