I doubt there will be much options to be voted in.  People have cash invested in this already at north of $1.50/share - plus, I don't really recall any recent new hires (may be one... I think) so there really is no reason to give options out.

I just think that the company's results from the Caney drills (Barnes 6-3H as well as Dunn 2-2H) are positive and this is why the slight surge in price (we'll actually see if this is sustained in the next few days or so).

Also, keep in mind what I've posted about the Polish government losening up their regulations on receiving drilling permits (yes, the link was in Polish but for those interested, there is always google-translate)

All of the above eventually will get the investors' heads back on track towards this company.

On a side note, if you also want to have some exposure to not only the Polish shale gas exploration bit but also the Ukrainian one (which, is also allegedly very rich in shale gas), you can start looking at Serinus Energy (formerly Kulczyk Oil Ventures) - company basically owned by the wealthiest man in Poland: Jan Kulczuk.  I hope this does not come across as a pump - just sharing info with the board.  This is a company that just got listed on the TSX on June 23rd I believe...

Plenty of opportunities in Central / Eastern Europe in shale gas ...
