One thing I would like to know is whether the BOD was aware of GWs interest, or overtures for AH, when they decided to ask us to vote on that rather excessive option grant slightly above all time lows in the SP. It seems clear to me that our CEO and Chairman did not want shareholders to hear about GWs involvement and obvious interest, but had no problem asking us to vote half informed on all those 35 cent options.
that would appear slightly offsides to me, given that efforts to properly value the company would certainly have been contemplated, and possibly well underway, at the time of the vote. Then again, maybe 35 cents is all that the BOD felt the company was worth, given the information they had at the time.
Those hard working folks on the current board will be well served by those equally hard earned options they won after all their hard work on our behalf.
