Break Up FeeDoes anyone have any idea as to how large the break up fee will be on the AH sale we are expected to be voting on soon?
If the recent loan interest rates are any indication, I expect it to be as penal as legally possible, in an attempt to force a yes vote from shareholders, with the alternative being a substantial, unmanageable penalty given the cash situation.
I have no debt that it will be just another BOD approved " Bend Over " in very long line of the same.
