RE:Reign wood financing is. Transformational The Reignwood financing deal looks great. Hopefully it is a measure of how confident Reignwood is in these Chinese joint ventures. (Although I think caution in doing business with China is always justified). I just hope they actually finalize this deal (soon) and get the financing worries over (for now) because the funds will go a long way in solving the one main problem here, which is that everything is taking too long to get going. Case in point,  I think WMT made the initial announcement of the Zhoushan oily sludge JV on August 3, 2010. In that release they stated the “ facility is expected to be operational in early 2011”. It's now the second half of 2013, so let's get going with the oily sludge already.
