RE:.28Well Arch, as you may know, history says that the repressed populace is never really convinced that the dictatorship will fall until they see it happen with their own eyes...Think Romania, The Soviet Union and most recently Egypt.
We have lived until this unusually poor, self serving leadership for so long, a leadership that seems to survive no matter how absurd the decision making and spending are, that we just expect that they'll find a way to survive again.
As such, until we see a meeting date set no one is going to buy shares, as there is still a chance that Team Tire Fire remains in power.
