The point about Wingat is the most important one. It proved oil exists - with prolific source rock and giant reservoir generting capability like seen in Angola.  The Moosehead drill is also in a different basin. It's COS has not diminished simply because Murombe did not find oil. In fact - with lessons learned I would argue that it's COS has gone up! Nothing like a kick in the balls to make you think how and make sure you can handle the next fight.
