oh my god, you are even more naiv thatn I ever could imagine.

the EFSA decision will not affect where Isolexx may or may not be PRODUCED, but where will be allowed to be marketed and sold.

The EU market now has 500 Mio consumers, plus Norway, Switzerland and several other non EU countries in Europe usually implement or follow such decisions in the EU.

no EU company and no global agribusiness will close any deal if Isolexx is not allowed to be sold in this > 500 mio people EU market. Isolexx/BXI needs a positive ESFA Opinion to enter this market.

Without positive EFSA ruling in autuum, BXI is dead, over, finito. but maybe 1230 racing finds his peace then....
