Sinking Tugrik

Sinking TugrikAnd while GOM members and MPs are trying to fight past battles, the TUGRIK (MNT) is steadily sinking, days after days !!!

That is already a great achievment because generally MNT is strong during summer months and weak during winter months.

How bad can that turn by year end? 1700? 1800? 2000? ....

At what time will Mongol Bank have to call the IMF hotline ???

Will Mongol Bank have to rescue another local bank within a month or 2?

How long will it take for GOM and MPs to understand that this bickering on the OT Agreement and RIO is NOT bringing anything positive for Mongolia.

Foreign investors are still watching the show instead of sending badly needed FDI to UB....to support a weakening banking sector.

Just unbelievable.
