HT...What are the odds that the "nuclear placement" wasn't discussed as a last ditch option in the BOD meeting the presiding judge referred to in his ruling, the one that was painted black. I'm going to say less than <1%
It had to have been right? What else would a highly dignified group dicuss as a final option in the event GW were gaining the upper hand and a real possibility of throwing out current management?
Certainly, this crew would never be willing to risk its future with a majority decision amongst shareholders. How could they with all the free skin in the game?
It was called here on this board months ago HT...This wasn't a recent decision. I believe this option was always on the table and ready to be deployed, regardless of whether the funds were needed.
