RE:Concerned Shareholders of Bioniche Respond

RE:Concerned Shareholders of Bioniche RespondRG...

Am I the only one that finds it odd that in February, when Bioniche was in dire, even desperate need of funding, they were explicitly clear that a dilutive financing would be "disaterous" for shareholders...yet one month after their highly touted Paladin financing, and now well funded,  a 30% dilutive financing is somehow necessary?!

I can only come to the conclusion that current Bioniche management will look out for shareholders until and unless their regime is challenged. At that point, as in today, they are hell bent on looking out only for themselves, their perks and their leader.

This really is the hermit kingdom of the TSX. Rain "disaster" on the peasants to protect the leadership whenever necessary.

What other conclusion can you draw? This is not the normal course of business and I think that more of us should petition the courts with this issue...and I mean today.
