RE:RE:Concerned Shareholders of Bioniche RespondRG....

How long does it take to organize a placement of 25% - 30% of your equity? Is it something that you could structure in a morning? What about an 8 hour business day? 2 days maybe? Don't think so!

As I see it, the moment that the judge issued his ruling, the financing was green lighted. Despite the judges very clear commentary on protecting shareholder rights in a fair, unbiased democratic forum of the November AGM, I suspect that the go ahead was given to immediately dilute shareholders out of a fair vote!

Again, as I see it, somewhere in the spray painted minutes of the special BOD meeting to address the GW threat, a contingency for dilution was established. When it became clear that GW was pushing through the 20 mil share count the contingency was expedited and when the ruling came down, opening a 160 day window to judgement day, the dilutive financing was ordered to roll and roll hard.

AGAIN, and again, as I see it, the lowest priority of concern was the shareholder who just saw his or her holding disappear to the tune of 30%!
