The (sometime) Law of AveragesOne would think the assay labs are not busy at the moment. After all, who's got the cash and the cojones to spend when replacement funding is well near impossible?
So if the results are taking longer than usual, might it just be this one time that re-assays have been automatically instituted because gold grades in the first analysis exceed bell curve limits?
Perhaps we could hear from someone with knowledge of these matters whether ACME Labs, for example, could have a policy that requires re-assay whenever a 10 meter interval exceeds 5 grams uncut, for example?
(I am hoping that one of these days a delay is caused for good reason rather than the last bunch of disasters some of us have suffered with other juniors.)
