RE:RE:Encouraging Press Release

RE:RE:Encouraging Press ReleaseAgree with most of what you say below except the "first half" production numbers.  Since they do not say "when" they sold the gold during the first half, or what their inventory is as of the report date (they never have), you can not infer that they only produced 2,800 oz's for 45 days.

The facts are that the produced 5,110 oz's of gold in Q1 and 5,930 in Q2.  With 450 tonnes per day of processing it would appear they are still using mainly non resource material, with a marginal improvement in grade in Q2.  If that improvement happened right at the end of the quarter as they got to the one vein then they may have a fair chunck of inventory as of today and are holding back since they are still cash flow positive and are shooting to show significant increases in production during Q3 as that would have more impact.

I like that they are not diluting the share count, and am hopeful that there total lack of press realeases has been because they really have had nothing to say so far....I hate the "pumpers" in the mining space.  IF they have infact started to hit and process high grade material this quarter I really hope they start to tell everyone.  IMHO, the next 2 quarters are the key, and they better start to talk about there sucesses once they get them.  If they do our patience will have paid off, if they do not, then and only then would I call for Washer's head.
