RE:RE:Is holding shares until the vote riskier than it might appear?True, but in this scenario you should still sell at 1.15$ and have cash on hand to buy more share than you currently have if there's a no vote.

The only upside of holding on shares is 0.01$ per share (and maybe you will save transaction fees as you won't be the one forcing the transaction, but I'm not sure about that)

So overall, it's much riskier to hold on shares at this point.
